CUSTOM CONE LAMPSHADE

Prices shown are for our standard cone sizes and exclude decorative trims and embellishments such as braid, fringe, lace, tassels, beadwork, and similar decorative finishes. Final pricing may vary depending on fabric suitability, PVC backing requirements, fitting type, custom sizing, or additional embellishments.

A 50% deposit is required before production commences. The amount paid at checkout represents the deposit only. Once your lampshade is completed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is payable prior to collection or delivery.

All lampshades are handcrafted to order.

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on fabric selection and the complexity of your design. Orders of more than three shades may require additional production time. For custom sizes, lead times may also be affected by the availability of materials required for your specific shade.

Where possible, we encourage collection from our Auckland studio, as this is the safest option for transporting handcrafted lampshades. Shipping, packaging and handling charges are additional and will be invoiced separately. This allows us to carefully prepare and package each lampshade to ensure it arrives safely.

Auckland-wide delivery is available by arrangement for an additional charge. For orders outside Auckland, New Zealand-wide shipping is available via tracked courier. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a claim or resolution.

Please note: Lamp bases, bulbs, and flex sets are not included and are shown for styling purposes only.

To clean your lampshade, gently dust with a soft cloth or use a vacuum brush on a low setting. Avoid harsh cleaners, moisture, or direct contact with liquids, as these may damage the fabric or PVC lining.

This lampshade is intended for indoor use only. Ensure the shade is securely installed and kept clear of heat sources. LED bulbs only. The use of halogen or incandescent bulbs is not recommended, as excess heat may damage the lampshade over time.
