Welcome to Likha Interiors (A Trade Name Of Two Ellas Capital Ltd). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

• Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not accurately reflect scale.

• Dimensions provided are approximate and should be used as a guide only.

• Products crafted from natural materials, including marble, stone, timber, rattan and ceramics, may display variations in colour, veining, grain, texture, pattern or finish. These variations are a natural characteristic of the material and contribute to the unique beauty of each piece. No two items are exactly alike, and such variations are not considered faults or defects.

Product Availability

Many of our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and availability is subject to supplier stock levels.

While we make every effort to keep our website current, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, including a substitute product, waiting for new stock, or a refund.

Supplier-Sourced Products

Many products offered by Likha Interiors are sourced from third-party suppliers. Product availability, lead times and specifications are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to maintain accurate information, Likha Interiors cannot guarantee stock availability until an order has been confirmed with the supplier.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Product prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend pricing, product specifications and availability without notice.

Shipping & Collection

Shipping costs are quoted separately and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated. Shipping is charged at the shipper's quoted rate, with no additional markup by Likha Interiors.

After an order is placed, we will provide a freight quotation based on the delivery address, item dimensions and supplier requirements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that additional freight charges may apply.

Orders will not be dispatched until shipping charges have been accepted and paid in full. Freight charges, once accepted, may not be refundable if delivery arrangements have already been made.

Selected products may be eligible for collection directly from the supplier's warehouse. Collection availability will be confirmed following purchase. Collection is available by prior arrangement only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, freight schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once:

• Payment for the product has been received; and

• Any applicable shipping charges have been accepted and paid; and

• The order has been accepted by Likha Interiors.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability until stock has been confirmed with the supplier.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing, stock or supplier information has been published incorrectly.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully.

As many of our products are sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

We encourage customers to review all product information, dimensions and specifications carefully before purchasing.

If you are unsure about any aspect of a product, please contact us before placing your order.

Cancellations

As many of our products are sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are considered at the sole discretion of Likha Interiors. Where a cancellation is approved, any non-recoverable costs, including supplier charges, freight costs, payment processing fees, administration fees or deposits, may be deducted from any refund issued.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect all products upon delivery or collection.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Provide photographs showing the damage or fault.

• Retain all original packaging where possible.

We will work with the supplier to assess and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer laws. Depending on the nature of the issue, a repair, replacement, refund or return may be offered.

Items must not be returned without prior approval from Likha Interiors. Where a return is required, return instructions will be provided following assessment of the claim.

Failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.

Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may not apply to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likha Interiors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase, delivery or use of any product.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.
